Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-06-05 Provider: Yas (sole proprietor, eenmanszaak, registered in the Netherlands), operating StoreLingo at storelingo.com.
By using StoreLingo (the "Service"), you ("Customer", "you") agree to these Terms.
1. Service
StoreLingo is a SaaS application that translates Webflow Ecommerce content into additional locales. It connects to your Webflow workspace via OAuth, reads your products, generates translations using third-party AI providers (currently DeepL), and writes translated duplicate products back to your Webflow site.
2. Subscription
You may sign up for a paid plan via Stripe. Plans renew monthly. You may cancel at any time via the Customer Portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds for partial months. See the Refund Policy for trial and exceptional cases.
3. Acceptable use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for illegal, defamatory, or infringing content.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent the Service.
- Resell the Service or expose its API to third parties without written permission.
- Use the Service to translate content you do not have the right to translate.
4. Customer content
You retain all rights to your products, descriptions, and translations. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content for the sole purpose of providing translation and storage.
5. AI translation disclaimer
Translations are generated by third-party AI (DeepL). We do not warrant accuracy, fitness, or absence of errors. You are responsible for reviewing translations before publishing them to your live store.
6. Availability
We target 99% monthly uptime but do not commit to an SLA. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance when possible.
7. Data and privacy
See the Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, lost profits, or lost data.
9. Termination
You may cancel anytime via the Customer Portal. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are inactive for 12+ months, or fail payment, with reasonable notice when possible.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be brought before the competent court in the Netherlands.
