Own every word of it.

The translations are yours. Forever.
Weglot and Linguana store your localized site on their servers. The day you uninstall, your German and Dutch pages disappear. StoreLingo writes real Webflow CMS rows. You own them. They survive everything.
Translated products are duplicate CMS items in your own Webflow site. Edit them in Designer. Export them. Survive an uninstall. Sell them after you cancel us. Strategy A: no runtime overlay, no JavaScript injection, no SEO compromise.
StoreLingo registers a tiny script via the Webflow Custom Code API that injects <link rel="alternate" hreflang> tags into every translated page on each publish. Add a locale, hreflang updates automatically. Switch to manual mode if you want server-rendered tags.
Reinstall, switch accounts, or take StoreLingo for a spin on a new workspace: your translations are still in your Webflow site. Orphan Recovery detects them, suggests source matches with collision-safe fuzzy logic, and adopts them back into the panel with one click. No re-translation, no lost work.
$19, $49, $99 or $249 per month. Not per word. Not per visitor. Translation Memory caches every segment so re-runs are free. Most stores use less than 20% of their plan cap.
Products. SKU variants as first-class structured fields, not "text in a layer." Every CMS collection: blog posts, team members, categories, timeline events. Image alt text. Glossary-locked brand terms. Per-item completion counter so you always know what's left.
Open a product. Edit a locale. Click Approve.
StoreLingo lives inside the Webflow Designer as a native App panel. You stay in your store, the translations flow into real Webflow products. No second dashboard to learn.
- AI translate missing fills every blank field via DeepL, protecting glossary terms.
- Edited rows are never overwritten. Approve them to lock.
- Publish creates Webflow duplicate products with the right locale slug and triggers a site publish.
- CSV in/out for hand-off to professional translators with dry-run preview.
vs Weglot & Linguana
No bashing. Each tool was built for different stores. Here is where the actual differences land.

Margins are healthy enough that we don't charge per word. You pay a flat monthly fee, AI-translate as many times as you want, and Translation Memory caches every result so re-runs cost nothing.

Why does this exist?
Webflow native Localization does not cover Ecommerce products. Weglot charges per word and per visitor and disappears the day you uninstall. Linguana injects JavaScript and proxies your store. StoreLingo is the only native Webflow App that writes real translated CMS rows you own forever, with flat pricing and clean SEO.
What does "you own the translations" actually mean?
Every translated product becomes a real Webflow CMS row in your own site. You can edit it in Webflow Designer, export it via CSV, manage it after canceling StoreLingo, and the page keeps rendering even if StoreLingo goes offline. Weglot and Linguana store your translations on their servers - the second you uninstall, your localized site disappears.
How do you handle SEO?
Two parts. (1) We create a duplicate Webflow product per locale with a locale-prefixed slug. Webflow renders these as real pages with their own meta tags, sitemap entries, and canonical URLs. (2) Hreflang is automatic: StoreLingo registers a tiny script via the Webflow Custom Code API that injects hreflang link tags into every translated page on each publish. Zero setup. You can switch to manual mode if you prefer server-rendered tags.
What does AI translation cost?
It is included in your plan. We use DeepL under the hood, cache every translation in your Translation Memory, and protect your brand terms via the Glossary. Most stores use less than 20% of their plan cap because the same source strings repeat across locales.
Can I edit AI translations?
Yes. Open any product, edit the textarea, click Approve. Approved translations are never overwritten by future AI runs.
What happens if I disconnect and reconnect a site?
Your translations stay in your Webflow site. When you reconnect, StoreLingo automatically detects them (we call this Orphan Recovery) and offers a one-click Adopt so you keep editing without re-translating. The match is collision-safe: if two source products have the same compacted name, we refuse to auto-match and let you decide per row.
What if Webflow ships native Ecommerce localization?
We will offer a one-click migration to the native model and continue providing the management layer: Translation Memory, Glossary, team collaboration, agency multi-site management.
Free trial?
14 days on every plan, no card to start. You can use the full panel, AI translate, edit, and manage glossary without paying anything.
Why does Publishing require a card?
Once you publish, translations live inside your Webflow site as real duplicate products you own forever. Adding a card before publishing means we know you are committed. Your card is only charged after the 14-day trial ends, and you can cancel anytime via the Customer Portal.
