Every feature is on every plan. Higher tiers raise the volume limits; they don't unlock features.

Founding members

The first 50 customers lock in 50% off for 12 months. Use code FOUNDING50 at checkout. Code expires when we reach 50 redemptions.

Trial

14 days on every plan, no card required to start. You can use the full panel - connect a site, sync products, AI translate, edit, manage glossary - without paying anything. Publishing to Webflow (the step that writes real CMS rows into your site) requires a card on file. The card is only charged when the trial ends.

What happens at each cap

Locales cap (Starter = 2, Growth = 5): the + Add locale button returns HTTP 402 when you try to add the N+1th locale. Upgrade to continue. Existing locales keep working.

Products per site cap (Starter = 100, Growth = 1000): the initial sync stops at the cap and warns you. Already-synced products are untouched; new products added in Webflow after the cap will not appear in StoreLingo until you upgrade.

AI characters per month cap: bulk translate stops early once the cap is hit. Already-translated fields stay. Translation Memory hits do NOT count against the cap (that's why most stores use less than 20% of their plan's cap).

Sites cap (Starter = 1, Growth = 3, Pro = 10): the SitePicker shows already-connected sites freely. Connecting an N+1th site returns 402.

Upgrades and downgrades

Use the Upgrade / Downgrade buttons in the top bar of the panel, or Manage billing to open the Stripe Customer Portal for cancellation, payment-method updates, invoices, and full subscription history.

Upgrade is instant: the new cap applies immediately and your card is charged a prorated difference.

Downgrade applies at the end of the current billing period. If your usage is below the new tier's caps, nothing changes. If you're above (e.g., you have 6 locales and downgrade from Pro to Growth which caps at 5), StoreLingo doesn't auto-delete anything - your existing 6 locales keep working, but you can't add more until you upgrade or remove locales to fit under the cap.

Agency tier specifics

The Agency plan ($249/mo, unlimited everything) is built for agencies managing localization across many client sites. Specific features:

  • Unlimited sites - connect every client.
  • Each connected site is independent: separate locales, separate glossary, separate TM.
  • A multi-site dashboard view shows all sites at a glance with translation status per locale.
  • Priority email support with same-day response during EU business hours.

If you're an agency considering StoreLingo for multiple clients, contact us before signing up - we offer a partnership track with bespoke pricing for agencies with 10+ active Webflow Ecommerce sites.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime via the Stripe Customer Portal. No questions, no friction. Your card is no longer charged from the next billing date.

What survives cancellation:

  • Every translated CMS row in your Webflow site (real Webflow data, see Ownership).
  • All translated pages keep rendering on your live site.
  • Webflow's own SEO infrastructure (sitemap, meta tags, canonicals) keeps working for the translated pages.
  • The hreflang script (registered via Webflow's Custom Code API) stays in your site. You can revoke it manually from Webflow Site Settings → Custom Code if you want a fully clean slate.

What stops:

  • The StoreLingo panel becomes read-only at the end of the billing period.
  • You can no longer AI translate, edit, or publish updates through StoreLingo.
  • New Webflow content added after cancellation won't sync in.
  • Webhooks are unregistered.

To resume later, just reactivate your subscription - StoreLingo picks up where you left off, your existing translations and CMS row linkages are still in our database, and Orphan Recovery handles any drift.
